The Train the Trainer program trains any facilitator in remote sessions from 1 – 1.5 hours. This can be done one-on-one or with multiple facilitators from one company. During these sessions, we will teach future facilitators on the technical aspects of the simulation.  We also guide them on how to read the data sets and analyse the data. In the last session, we review together with the facilitator, the company curriculum and advise how to blend them together for the most effective outcome.
