This pricing is best for smaller groups or trainers who have a fluctuating class size. This pricing is designed as a more ‘on demand model.’ It offers the most flexibility in terms of how many rounds students need or want to be playing, depending on trainer and training course.

This pricing is best for trainers who are looking to train larger groups or intend to focus on Black Belt or extensive statistical training. The license allows trainers to play up to 10 rounds
(with a maximum of 16 participants).

Del-Sim Simulation
WHAT IS A ROUND ?
A round is normally between 15-20 minutes of play in the simulation. During the first round the participants will play the simulation game and feel the pain of a broken process. After each round, KPI & P&L along with data reflecting the team’s activity in the round is generated. Following this, teams can discuss potential improvements and use the new theories they have been taught to implement them.
HOW MANY ROUNDS WOULD MY TEAM NEED TO PLAY ?
This depends on the training you are intending to provide. Below is a table that offers a guideline to the suggested amount of rounds per training. There are always more combinations possible. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you shape a program that is right for your team.

HOW LONG IS THE LICENSE VALID FOR ?
Our Licenses are valid for one year from the day they become activated. In the ‘on demand model’ this is not relevant, as you are paying each time the license is used. However, if you purchase the Group price, this should offer you plenty of time to get your groups trained.
DO I NEED ANY ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE TO USE THE SIMULATION ?
No, our simulation is cloud based. You only need a laptop and Google Chrome to access the simulation. We recommend communicating with your team remotely via Zoom, Teams or any other video conferencing tool while playing the simulation. We have found these all work well while playing the rounds and holding the discussions following the rounds.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK ?
Clients who purchase per round licenses will be billed at the end of each month.
Clients who purchase a group license will be billed prior to the start of each license.
All prices are excluding VAT (sales tax) if applicable.
